- Marinate unfrozen quail in dressing for 30-60 minutes.
- Preheat broiler or barbecue.
- Place Quail on the hot grill.
- Turn and baste quail in 3 to 5 minute intervals.
- Broil or barbecue for 10-15 minutes or until done
- Season with salt & pepper to taste
- Serve with a rice dish and green salad
